As ourOperationsResourceManager youll be the driving force behind ensuring our Hub is always staffed efficiently and effectively. Youll balance operational demands with smart planning helping us meet productivity and budget goals while supporting our people and partners.

What Youll Be Doing

• Designing and maintaining a robust workforce planning infrastructure for all seasons and volumes.
• Collaborating with operations and third-party providers to align staffing with business needs.
• Monitoring shift performance productivity and service levels and taking action when needed.
• Leading the implementation of a workforce management platform.
• Producing real-time performance data to support operational excellence.
• Managing agency labour reconciliation and holiday/sickness cover planning.
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyones aligned.
• Driving continuous improvement through analysis reporting and stakeholder engagement.

What Youll Bring

• Advanced Excel skillsto build and manage planning tools.
• ABusiness or Management qualification.
• Experience inwarehouse operationsforecasting andreal-time scheduling.
• Knowledge ofKronos(a plus!).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
