This position will be a fulltime Permanent role.

As a Lending Services Admin Officer your ultimate responsibility is to provide superior service and support to internal and external customers. Ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately and in a timely efficient manner whilst complying with all the Banks policies and procedures.

Day to Day your role may include but not limited to:

Package Maintenance
Interest Adjustments
Interest Only
Fixes
Switches
Restructures
Offset Fee Maintenance
Funding Letters
Ad Hoc Maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

Sound Microsoft Office Skills in particular Excel & Word
Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
Be organised self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision or instruction
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrate sound knowledge and adhere to office procedures
Work towards knowledge of the requirements under the Laws to which you operate including but not limited to consumer credit law and real property law.
Work towards competently operate office equipment provided including computer programs such as Auswide Banks core banking system ULTRACS LendFast and any other computer programs required to successfully perform your duties
Answer complex customer and external service provider enquiries regarding Auswide Banks loan products and services.
Any other tasks allocated from time to time by Lending Services Supervisors and the Head of Lending Services
Be available to perform other staff members allocated duties if requested
