The Opportunity
As the Admin Officer - Lending Services you will play a key role in processing all types of maintenance related to loan accounts with precision. Your attention to detail and reliability will ensure that all account updates are accurate and compliant with internal processes.
Your Role
- Process mortgage rate changes and updates to customer accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all changes are handled securely.
- Support the team in achieving operational goals and meeting deadlines.
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles ideally in banking or lending.
- Competency in Excel and Microsoft Office to manage data and produce reports.
- Trustworthy and dependable with a focus on data security.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
