About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (BackendAI) to build the most amazing product experience. Youll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customers pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Design develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python FastAPI Django MongoDB PostgreSQL Redis Elasticsearch and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software products.
• Develop efficient and optimized APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications and external integrations.
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

What You Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Python FastAPI Django MongoDB PostgreSQL Redis Elasticsearch and other relevant backend technologies.
• Experience with LLMs prompt engineering fine-tuning SLMs Frameworks like LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or Autogen (at least one is a must) Vector DBs.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database systems such as MongoDB PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with message queues caching mechanisms and other backend optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
