The Role

As a Bartenderat Harveys Bar youll:

Craft and serve a wide range of beverages with skill and creativity.
Deliver outstanding guest service from breakfast through dinner.
Create a warm welcoming atmosphere that captures true Northern hospitality.
Manage bar stock and ensure smooth professional service throughout every shift.
Maintain a clean organised and stylish bar environment.

About You

Youll bring:

Proven experience in a bar or restaurant setting ideally with supervisory exposure.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Confidence with technology including Microsoft Office and Micros/Simphony EPOS and cash handling.
A polished professional approach and strong attention to detail.
Own transport essential due to our stunning coastal location.
