As a Preschool Teacher you will:
- Be responsible for creating a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment for children ages 4-5 years.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters making TLE a place where learning is fun!
- Build relationships with families and colleagues creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicate regularly with parents sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through various avenues including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)

- 2-4 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least 24 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role. Must have an active Colorado Shines account with preservice courses completed and up-to-date.
- Colorado Shines (PDIS) Credential 3.0 Level 2 (two) or higher required if no ECE degree
- Federal State and local background checks are required.
- Must be able to work a Full-Time Schedule (5) days per week.
