Administrator with Warehouse Duties

Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator with Warehouse Duties to join our friendly team based in Falkirk.

Salary - 26250 plus bonus

Type Permanent Full Time

Working Pattern Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role involves ensuring that high standards are met at all times and to assist in the warehouse when required.

This is a busy and varied role that will require you to prioritise your work load accordingly. We are looking for a team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Other key areas of responsibilities include:

• Responsible for administrative aspects of the business
• Be proficient and work accurately on a computerised system
• Identify and use up unallocated stock
• Check and unload warehouse deliveries
• Liaising with fitters sites sales and clients

Key Requirements:

• Commitment to working as part of a team and excellent administrative skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel and Outlook
• Ability to be able load and unload vehicles safely and accurately
• Must be willing to undertake training for a Fork Lift Truck certificate
