Tasks

Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and filed appropriately.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Conduct initial orientation for new employees and assist with onboarding procedures.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
