Sr. Manager - Project Management - Construction & Fit Outs

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to oversee and manage large-scale real estate projects valued at $10 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality governance of general contractors’ meticulous documentation of project progress and effective use of project management software to maintain master schedules.

Responsibilities

This role requires expertise in commercial closure of projects engaging with external consultants and resolving site issues efficiently.

Oversee the planning execution and completion of large-scale real estate construction projects.

Ensure quality governance of general contractors and adherence to project specifications and standards.

Document project progress meticulously using project management software maintaining an up-to-date master schedule.

Manage and execute projects with a value exceeding $10 million ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Handle commercial closure of projects including final inspections punch lists and handover documentation.

Engage with external consultants to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Document and manage change requests assessing cost and time implications and integrating them into the project plan.

Coordinate with stakeholders including client’s architects engineers and contractors to ensure project alignment and success.

Monitor project performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project objectives are met.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Strong background in Real Estate Management Project Management and Commercial Project Management.

Role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple RE projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

BE/ BTech Civil / post qualification experience of 15-20 years in construction management. Additional Qualifications suchs as MRICS PMP is desirable.
