Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor compliance activities including BEE skills development and supplier documentation.
Support executive management with reporting meeting coordination and project tracking.
Liaise with finance and HR on budgets Statements of Work renewals and supplier agreements.
Draft review and send out contracts Statements of Work and client engagement documentation.
Maintain operational trackers and ensure deliverables are completed and submitted timeously.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage recruitment databases job portals and active talent pipelines.
Oversee onboarding and induction to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Track recruitment metrics such as placement turnaround times and candidate performance.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates clients and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation company policies and BEE regulations.
Prepare and manage operational and HR reports for leadership.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operations recruitment and business strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and HR processes for greater efficiency.
Support internal and external company communications events and initiatives.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Represent the company positively and uphold its values in all interactions.
