Urgent Hiring CSR Deputy Manager
(Corporate Social Responsibility Steel & Cement Industry)
Industry: Steel & Cement
Experience: 6 12 Years
Salary: 6 9 LPA
Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with company vision and statutory requirements.
Plan and execute projects in Health Education Livelihood Environment and Community Development.
Collaborate with NGOs government departments and local communities to maximize social impact.
Monitor & evaluate CSR initiatives prepare impact reports and share with management.
Prepare and manage CSR budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization.
Drive CSR initiatives related to Steel & Cement sector communities (Skill development Women empowerment Rural upliftment Health camps Environment projects).
Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013 (CSR Rules).
Lead and guide CSR field teams for effective project implementation.
Requirement: Must have relevant CSR experience in Steel / Cement sector.
