We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple salon locations within our network. As a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for ensuring each salon operates efficiently delivers exceptional customer experiences and meets business performance goals.

Your role will involve managing salon teams monitoring service quality driving sales performance and ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures. You will also play a key role in staff training mentoring and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment across all branches.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple Blown locations.
Recruit train and mentor Salon Managers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate salon performance including revenue customer satisfaction and operational standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across the cluster.
Maintain optimal staffing levels and schedule staff efficiently across all salons.
Ensure all salons comply with hygiene safety and brand standards.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt satisfactory resolution.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment for all locations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance.
Prepare performance and financial reports for senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local promotional activities.
Foster a positive team culture and promote employee engagement.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in salon spa or retail management; multi-location management experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales and operational goals.
Sound understanding of salon operations customer service and beauty industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to travel between salon locations as required.
