Lead a team of instructors to make math click and boost confidence for K-12 students after school. W2 role with paid training set shifts and a sameday hiring decision. $16$20/hr (based on skills/experience).
About the role
At Mathnasium youll coach students using our method to help them catch up keep up and get ahead in math. You bring up to Algebra 1 mastery and great people skillswe train you on delivery. As a lead instructor you will help coach other instructors and have increased parent interactions to build relationships with our families.
Schedule
- MonThu: 3:008:00 pm
- SatSun: 11:00 am2:00 pm
- 1526 hours/week (you pick consistent shifts)
What youll do
- Guide students through problemsolving with our curriculum.
- Support students with their school materials.
- Give clear encouraging feedback to students and parents
- Track progress and follow our center procedures
- Coach instructors
- Communicate progress with families
- Support administrative needs of the center
What youll get

Must have
- Completed Algebra 2 (or higher)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Able to work at least 3 days a week for the next 6 months.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
