As the Customer Service Adviser you will play a key role in delivering high quality student focused support. As the first point of contact for Charles Sturt students you will respond to enquiries via phone chat email and front counter service ensuring timely assistance and efficient administration throughout the student lifecycle.

Student Experience is the first point of contact for students advocating for the student voice and ensuring our students are at the centre of our thinking and processes.
