Job Summary

MyState Group is growing and so is our Customer Care Team. Following our merger with Auswide Bank were now a larger more diverse regional banking group with a national footprint and a strong local heart. With brands including MyState Bank Auswide Bank SelfCo and TPT Wealth were focused on delivering exceptional service and meaningful experiences to customers across Australia.

Were looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our next onboarding group. Whether youre seeking full-time or part-time work wed love to chat about what suits you best.

In this role youll help customers with everyday banking queries over the phone guiding them through transactions resolving issues and making each interaction a positive one. Youll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration learning and career growth.


What youll bring:

  • Customer service experiencewhether in retail hospitality or another customer-facing role.
