What you will be doing in this role
Reporting to the Education Manager youll join our dedicated San Education team taking the lead in shaping and driving innovative clinical education programs across the organisation.
Youll provide expert guidance on evidence-based education ensuring all learning initiatives align with best practice standards accreditation requirements and the organisations strategic goals. Your leadership will help lift clinical excellence through impactful and engaging education initiatives.
This role will be responsible for designing delivering and evaluating simulation-based and practice-integrated learning experiences to enhance clinical decision-making teamwork and patient experience. Collaborating with nursing medical allied health patient experience and quality teams youll champion the development of forward-thinking education programs across the continuum of care.
By using data feedback and clinical insights youll continuously refine educational strategies to keep our workforce skilled agile and future-ready. This is your opportunity to make a real differenceempowering clinicians and shaping the future of multidisciplinary education.

To succeed in this role youll bring extensive hands-on experience in acute healthcare with a proven track record in a clinical education position.
