Are you ready to take your training expertise to the next level in a dynamic mining environment Were looking for a driven WHS Training Advisor to join our high-performing Health & Safety team. This is your opportunity to make a real impactdelivering training that builds capability drives compliance and strengthens our safety culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional WHS Manager and working on an 8/6 roster youll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training and assessment activities across our operations. Youll work closely with site teams to ensure all workers are competent confident and compliant with safety standards and mining regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver inductions on-the-job training and competency assessments.
  • Maintain accurate training records using INX InTuition.
  • Ensure training activities meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Support the implementation of the Annual WHS Strategic Plan.
  • Conduct internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing site-specific procedures and training plans.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in the gold mining industry (ideally in a training capacity).
  • Strong understanding of WA mining operations and safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Current WA Class C Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • Hands-on exposure to underground mining environments

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
