ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for experienced Multi Skilled Operator that holds their Trainer Assessor ticket to join our training team on site. This is a fantastic chance to put your skills to work on one of Queenslands largest mining projects while enjoying an attractive salary.

As a Multi Skilled Operator and Trainer Assessor youll play a key role in upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe effective and engaging training to our operators ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.

• Deliver hands-on training and assessment for truck operators
• Support the implementation of site-specific training strategies and initiatives
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to training solutions
• Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks Dozers Graders and/or Excavators in a coal mining environment
• Current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skill lists (Training transcripts) LMS documents
• Current Trainer/Assessor qualification (Enterprise Trainer/Assessor or equivalent)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor in open cut operations
• Current QLD Drivers Licence
• Current Standard 11
