Position Summary

As Clinical Manager you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of clinical services throughout Maryland (with remote/hybrid flexibility). Youll partner with nursing therapy intake/logistics scheduling and quality teams to ensure compliance top-tier patient outcomes and a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise clinical staff (RNs therapists and support staff) ensuring high-quality care delivery and staff development.
Ensure compliance with federal (CMS/Medicare/Medicaid) and Maryland state home health regulations.
Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with intake scheduling and operations to ensure timely care and patient satisfaction.
Develop and implement workflows clinical protocols budgets and staffing plans.
Act as a clinical advisor and mentor supporting field clinicians and resolving complex patient issues.
If remote/hybrid: manage virtual teams effectively and maintain consistent communication with field staff.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maryland (or ability to obtain).
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (required); Masters preferred.
Minimum 2 years of home health experience and 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Maryland home health regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
If remote: reliable home office setup and ability to travel for occasional field visits.
