Job Overview
Youll be the backbone of smooth clinic operations handling essential administrative tasks that keep multiple healthcare locations running seamlessly. This role offers the perfect blend of patient interaction and behind-the-scenes work where your attention to detail directly impacts patient care and clinic efficiency. Youll work with cutting-edge healthcare technology while being supported by an experienced team committed to your professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Process medical review requests from insurance companies by sourcing documentation and performing compliance checks
- Upload approved medical documentation to insurance portals following established protocols
- Handle patient phone inquiries and email communications for boutique clinic operations
- Monitor and respond to AI-powered chatbot interactions as needed
- Manage callback lists and follow-up tasks to ensure no patient requests fall through the cracks
- Route incomplete documentation to appropriate team members using established workflows
- Perform basic quality assurance on medical notes including date verification and signature validation
- Provide general administrative support across multiple clinic locations
- Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace tools and healthcare software systems
Requirements
- Experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets Google Voice Google Chat/Meet)
- HIPAA compliance knowledge and commitment to patient privacy
- Strong attention to detail for document review and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for patient interactions
- Ability to work independently and follow established protocols
- Bonus if you have medical or healthcare administrative experience
- It helps if youre comfortable learning new software systems and portals
