Job Summary
- Design and implement applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for ac-tionable insights. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Azure services Jira Con-fluence and third-party APIs.
- knowledge on Support ITSM Incident Management Application Support & Upgrade Support Diagnosis and Resolution
- Experience on Java J2ee programming Soap based webservice and SQL for batch Exposer to Spring Hibernate Unix MKS Struts and JSF programming
- Providing production support to applications running on Java and handling job abends knowledge on Autosys Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate diagnose and analyse the L3 application incident Cooperate with TD group for investigation diagnosis and analysis of L3 application incident Provide temporary solution or a permanent solution to the incident which eliminates the root cause of the incident Documenting and Reporting
- For a Pri-ority 1 or Priority 2 Incident following receipt of incident till the resolution of that incident Weekend on-call support Mainframe Platform - exposure to tools / products like JCL PROCS TSO ISPF z/OS IBM utilities Exposure on Cobol and SAS programming Mainframe data struc-tures ability to extract / manipulate data (use of VSAM DB2)SAS technology
- Data review coding SAS scripts and extracting reports Experience of working in a client support role Worked on support projects and resolved tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements Providing production support to applications running on Mainframes and handling job abends
Required Skills:
Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud Salesforce CRM legacy modernization and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services APIs) application integration service-oriented architecture event-driven architecture application architecture distributed architecture data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms languages protocols frameworks open source etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business telecom infrastructure security audit vendors and software engineering. Driven by challenges and proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
