Job Summary

Exceptional design engineers in the mechanical industry should be aware of an excellent opening in London ON. The ideal Mechanical Engineer should be well versed in AutoCAD MS Word HVAC and plumbing systems across Commercial Institutional and Industrial projects.

Compensation

$75000 - $90000 annually to start based on experience and training including:

Schedule

Day Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility will be granted to those who need it so long as job functions are upheld.

Requirements

Professional Engineer Status recognized by the Province of Ontario
Processing review sealing of drawing and submittals/RFIs.
Knowledge and adherence to codes and standards (OBC ASHRAE etc.)
High proficiency in electronic programs (AutoCD MS Word Excel Teams Zoom etc.)
Willingness to travel independently with valid Drivers License and vehicle.
Estimation of complete project (costs materials schedules etc.)
Excellent communication skills for meetings reporting partner coordination and problem solving.
Routine maintenance as required.

Required Skills:

- Engineer Status (Province of Ontario) - 5 years designing drawing and creating HVAC and plumbing systems - Previous Commercial Institutional and Industrial building design experience - AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite experience - Valid Drivers License - Own vehicle
