Job Description:
  • The Desktop Support Technician I will support a laptop refresh initiative by imaging and deploying laptops to end users.
  • The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure devices are fully functional and ready for use.
Responsibilities:
  • Image and deploy laptops to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
  • Provide remote access support to customers during deployment
  • Confirm full functionality of deployed devices
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process
Requirements:
  • Basic experience with laptop imaging and deployment
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems
  • Ability to work onsite in Toronto ON Downtown Area
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
