Job Summary

Bubup is a community-run not-for-profit centre who provides opportunities for community engagement for children and staff through ongoing regular Outings Bubup Bush Beach program three local Parks and local community visits such as library Coles supermarket Op Shops Bunnings etc.

We are looking for a Room Leader who thrive on work harmoniously with team members and stakeholders fostering a positive and collaborative working environment and demonstrating respect for childrens agency. This position will commence on 5 January 2026. This role is for children age 6 months to 2 years old room.

About You:

  • Holding Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Having years of experience as Room Leader
  • Provision of a current Working with Children Check Card
  • A current approved first aid qualification annual CPR anaphylaxis management training and emergency asthma management training
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education is required.
  • Child Protection Training required on an annual basis.
  • Having Work Rights Full-time in Australia without restrictions
