What youll do:
-Design Development Testing and Deployment: Lead the creation of scalable Data & AI applications employing software engineering best practices like automation version control and CI/CD.
-Utilize various programming languages and Data & AI technologies to craft solutions that meet and exceed business objectives.
-Develop and implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of Data & AI applications.
-Oversee the deployment process solving any issues related to configuration environment or security.
What youll bring:
Must possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles including automation testing (unit integration end-to-end behavior-driven user acceptance) and deployment methodologies. Engineering and Analytics: Translate diverse Data & AI use case requirements into effective data models and pipelines for ingesting analyzing and validating large datasets while ensuring data integrity. Utilize statistical data quality procedures and advanced AI techniques for comprehensive data analysis and preparation.
Lead and develop a team of Data/AI Engineers who combine advanced software engineering methodologies with cutting-edge Data & AI technologies to architect develop and fine-tune scalable high-performance solutions that convert complex data into actionable insights that foster informed decision-making and business growth.
Must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities an innovative mindset and a strong capability for collaboration across diverse teams including working alongside engineers data scientists and stakeholders to refine requirements and innovate solutions. Team is typically made up of Associate Director teams of Data/AI Engineers and is focused on helping the organization provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions.
Our Assoc Director-Data/AI Engineering earns between$155400-$233200 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
