Role Purpose:

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate setup and management of master data within QAD systems for Innovation Renovation and business-critical projects. The role supports key business functions by delivering high-quality data that drives informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Requires a strong focus on process development and standardization to ensure robust data governance throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Accountabilities & Impact:

Create component and Finished Goods items in QAD system
Innovation Renovation New Item Setups
Create Maintain BOM for Blends Packaging and Finished Goods
Collaborate with MRPs to maintain data for material transitions
Collaborate with Product Development and Project Management to maintain Blend BOM data within QAD system
Collaborate with Supply Planners to accurately maintain BOMs across internal and external sites
SOP Creation Maintenance
Create Perform Standardized QAD Audits

Skills & Experiences Needed:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Data Management or similar
2 years experience in Supply Chain and CPG and/or Alcohol Beverage Business
GS1 knowledge a plus not requirement
Detail-focused
Microsoft Excel
Power BI
