As a Customer Service & Travel Consultant you will assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations and business trips manage travel arrangements and ensure every journey exceeds expectations. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and book airfare hotels ground transportation and special events for clients.
Determine customers travel preferences budgets and schedules to create customized itineraries.
Plan and arrange tours excursions and group travel packages.
Research and provide accurate information on fares schedules destinations and travel requirements.
Advise clients on passports visas customs and local attractions.
Offer insight on weather conditions cultural expectations and travel tips.
Calculate total travel costs and present options clearly and professionally.
Provide alternative solutions or rebookings when plans change before or during travel.
Full training no prior experience required.
Flexible scheduling full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Required Skills:
