Join EST as our Military Solutions Sales Representative Pacific Region and help us deliver mission-ready solutions to U.S. Military customers across Japan Guam and the Pacific. Youll combine sales expertise with technical insight to build trusted relationships develop integrated solutions and drive profitable growth. This position may be based in Japan Guam or Hawaii.
Develop new business opportunities and support existing military customers.
Build long-term relationships through on-site visits briefings and demonstrations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate competitive proposals.
Analyze equipment and supply kits to ensure solutions meet mission requirements.
Manage pipeline activity in CRM and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Travel frequently across Japan Guam and the Pacific region (2575%).
13 years of successful sales experience ideally in industrial defense or government contracting.
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Strong analytical communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with U.S. government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (ZOHO).
Valid drivers license clean record and ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and military base access.
