The Opportunity

supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business
our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive
services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and
professional skills.
As part of the Strategy Consulting team you will engage with clients to tackle their business
challenges and uncover opportunities for growth. As an Associate you will focus on learning and
contributing to client engagements developing your skills to deliver impactful solutions while
collaborating with senior staff to drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to identify and analyze business challenges
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic initiatives
- Conduct research and generate insights to inform decision-making
- Create financial models to support client recommendations
- Facilitate meetings to drive discussions and enable outcomes
- Prepare and organize presentations to address client needs
- Participate in business development and thought leadership activities

What You Must Have
- Masters Degree
- 2 years of experience in strategy consulting
- Post MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting with expertise in large scale
transformations
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Eligibility Criteria
MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
2 - 4 years post MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting with expertise in large scale transformations (Growth Strategy Business Model Reinvention Enterprise Digital Value Transformation ERP) business strategy business value acceleration enterprise-level growth
Exposure to a multinational environment will be an added bonus
