Your New Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Information Management Coordinator to lead the strategic uplift of Councils information management capabilities.

As the Information Management Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing Councils information and records management systems configuring and optimising information across Councils core systems ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of best practice in information governance.

About You:

You are a proactive and detail-oriented leader who understands the value of information as a strategic asset. Youll bring:

  • Qualifications in Information Management Records Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership in information governance and digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team.
  • Demonstrated experience in OpenText Content Manager and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policy frameworks and compliance controls.
  • Strong capabilities in training change management and stakeholder engagement.
