Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities
Keen eye for detail
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient use of MS Word Excel and Outlook
Understanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
Working knowledge of insurance industry wordings and the regulatory environment
Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualifications
- Previous people management / supervisory experience preferable
