Group HSE Co-ordinator (Administration & Compliance)
Location: Hybrid- LeedsShepshed MansfieldGloucester
Business Area: Professional Services HSE & Group Supply Chain
Reports to: Group HSE Manager UK & Europe
Wednesday to Friday - 9am-4pm (18 hours per week)

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Group HSE Co-ordinator to support our Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) function through expert administration and systems management. If you thrive in a detail-driven role and enjoy working with data systems and people this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support the Group HSE function with administration and compliance across multiple business units.
- Manage data collation for Cox Conserves sustainability projects and champion our Zero Waste Roadmap.
- Coordinate and schedule ISO 14001 and 45001 audits working with internal and external partners.
- Produce accurate reports and analytics on incidents audits and environmental performance.
- Maintain and promote our electronic legal register and HSE training systems.
- Act as an internal HSE trainer creating engaging content and managing our annual training calendar.
What Youll Bring
- Strong administration and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyoull be the point of contact for HSE coordinators across the business.
- Experience managing electronic HSE databases and online training platforms.
- Ability to plan organize and deliver audits and compliance activities.
