A career within our Advisory Line of Service as an Operations Senior Manager will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients and work alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. As a Senior Manager you lead strategic advising influence decision-making and develop top-performing teams to support organizational goals. You manage multiple priorities liaise with different departments and facilitate transparency and accuracy in reporting activities. You work closely with xAC Deployment Team and Advisory business leaders to facilitate resource allocation budget management and operational compliance.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Leading strategic advising and influencing key decision-making processes.
Developing and nurturing top-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Managing multiple priorities and coordinating with various teams across geographies.
Maintaining transparency and accuracy in operational reporting.
Fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
Utilizing strong analytical skills and data insights to support resource management financial forecasting and business planning.
Driving initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact on performance and efficiency.
Anticipating stakeholder needs and developing discussing and implementing potential solutions.
Coaching team members recognizing their strengths and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development.
Initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Influencing senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and clear compelling communication.
Contributing technical knowledge in area of specialism.
Navigating the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiating and leading open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Proactively identifying operational risks process improvement opportunities and innovative approaches to streamline delivery.
Were looking for someone who comes from a strong operations management with demonstrated ability to drive strategy and business planning coupled with your ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders with a minimum of eight years experience in a similar role. You will ideally hold a relevant tertiary qualification with relevant technical work experience form either professional services or a large reputable corporate environment. Your strong relationship building skills combined with your attention to detail and ability to manage your time will see you hit the ground running and excel in this fast paced role.
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
10 to 15 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
