About the Role

We are looking for aBusinessSystems Analystwith5 years of experienceto join our Information Technology team in Walnut this role youll work closely with teams across thebusinessto support and improve our ERP EDI eCommerce and integration systems. Strong knowledge ofSAPBusinessOne HANAand relatedbusinessprocesses is ideal and familiarity withTrueCommerce Foundry SQL and systems integration will be very helpful.

Youll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly supporting users with day-to-day needs and helping to identify opportunities for improvement. Project management experience will be important as youll often help coordinate cross-functional initiatives. A background in theConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG)industry or experience working with3PLsandco-manufacturing will make you especially effective in this position. Experience withsystem implementationsis also a plus.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing user support for ERP and operations processes resolving daily issues with professionalism and patience.
• Analyzing design and improve ERP workflows with a focus onSAPBusinessOne HANA.
• Managing and maintaining EDI integration workflows ideally using TrueCommerce Foundry to ensure efficient data exchange with customers suppliers 3PLs and co-manufacturers.
• Supporting and enhance eCommerce integrations ensuring seamless order fulfillment and financial transaction processes.
• Contributing to systems integration efforts ensuring smooth connections between ERP EDI eCommerce and otherbusinessapplications.
• Utilizing SQL for data analysis reporting and problem solving.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in finance supply chain and operations to align ERP processes with business needs.
• Being proactive in identifying system and business issues and work with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
• Leading and participating in projects from planning to execution ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Identifying opportunities for system and process improvements recommending and supporting implementation of solutions.

Skills Experience:

• 5 yearsas aBusinessAnalyst or in a similar ERP/operations role with provenproject management experience.
• Bachelors degree required;Masters degree in Information SystemsBusinessAdministration Supply Chain Management or related fieldstrongly preferred.
• Proven experience with ERP systems ideallySAPBusinessOne HANA.
• Practical knowledge of EDI workflows preferably withTrueCommerce Foundry.
• Experience supporting eCommerce system integrations.
• Strong SQL capabilities;experience with systems integrationhighly desirable.
• Prior experience in theConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG)sector preferred.
• Understanding of3PLandco-manufacturingprocesses.
• System implementation experience is a plus.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105000- $135000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
