Job Description
The Systems Analyst 3 / Network Architect will be responsible for understanding business objectives identifying problems and proposing alternative technical solutions through detailed analysis and cost/benefit evaluations. The role involves analyzing user requirements and existing procedures to automate processes or enhance current computer systems.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across organizational units to evaluate current operational procedures identify gaps and define detailed input/output requirements such as data formats reporting structures and processing workflows. Responsibilities include documenting user needs program functionality and implementation steps required to develop or modify systems. The role also requires evaluating existing system capabilities specifications and constraints to determine feasibility of requested enhancements.
In addition this role will serve as a Network Architect leading the design and implementation of secure scalable and resilient network architectures that support cloud transformation initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in hybrid networking ensuring seamless integration between on-premises environments and cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity architectures integrating on-premises data centers with AWS services
Develop secure high-performance network solutions that meet compliance governance and business continuity requirements
Collaborate with cloud security and infrastructure teams to support migrations and optimize network operations
Define and enforce network governance standards and best practices for long-term scalability
Ensure routing segmentation and security policies align with enterprise architecture standards
Design and support high availability and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical systems
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (Required 8 Years Each)
Extensive experience designing and managing network architectures across AWS and on-premises environments
Strong expertise in routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF network segmentation and firewall technologies
Hands-on experience with hybrid connectivity solutions including VPN AWS Direct Connect and Transit Gateway
Deep understanding of network security principles including encryption identity management and compliance frameworks
Proven experience designing for high availability load balancing and failover strategies
Experience with network automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible including CI/CD integration for infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications (8 Years)
Experience with multi-cloud networking across Azure and/or GCP including cloud-native networking services
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models
Exposure to SD-WAN technologies and network observability/monitoring tools such as NetFlow CloudWatch and Prometheus
Understanding of cloud network cost optimization strategies
Relevant certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking Specialty Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Azure Network Engineer Associate
