The Programme Manager Role
As we continue our mission to be the market-leading underwriting software platform for agile insurers we are excited to kick off the search for a Programme Manager. This pivotal contract role (initially 6 months) reflects the growth and complexity of our client base requiring a strategic leader to oversee multiple customer delivery projects that collectively deliver significant business outcomes.
The Programme Manager will play a critical role in driving value for our customers by managing business outcomes governance and delivery excellence. Youll work closely with executive stakeholders-both internally and externally-to ensure your delivery portfolio remains aligned to customer goals commercial priorities and Sends wider strategic objectives.
In addition to operating at a strategic level this is a hands-on delivery role. Youll take an active role in day-to-day project management ensuring the successful execution of initiatives by managing team workloads removing delivery blockers and maintaining momentum across all workstreams. Youll balance long-term strategic planning with the practical realities of daily delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of leading programmes or portfolios of work managing multiple concurrent projects and teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments. Our Funding
From 2017 to 2022 we bootstrapped our growth journey building a profitable and stable November 2022 following a year of strong customer and team growth we secured $10 million in Series A funding to accelerate our expansion across the UK and US as well as to further enhance our product development. Were proud to have the support and expertise of our investors Mercia and Breega.
We are now preparing for our Series B round and are excited about the growth acceleration this will enable.
