About the role

The MDM Data Services team exists to deliver effective and efficient data management support services to all Haleon Manufacturing sites and functions who utilise M-ERP.
As MDM Data Services Site Analyst you will be responsible for providing expert business process capabilities on the M-ERP program. This role will function as an expert who implements global standards and ways of working for specific level 2 M-ERP related processes.
Key responsibilities
The role key responsibilities are to perform services in several ERP functional modules in accordance with the service level agreement agreed with the business. These services include:
Perform MDM Data services for staff at home site and remote sites in accordance with processes and direction set out by Site Leads/Global Operations Lead.
Deliver Data service through:
Maintaining ERP Master Data in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate manufacturing operations.
Extracting & collating data on customer request to support management decision-making.
Implement & support Data Governance & Quality Management processes to ensure Data Quality Standards are being met across the Quality Supply Chain
Deliver User & Business Process Support service activities through:
Addressing ERP service incidents and service requests made to the MDM Data Services by customers.
Provide consultancy and advice to users on areas of improvement for ways of working and on the appropriate and effective use of ERP.
Deliver Service Development activities through:
Working with customers and MDM Data Services to consult or participate in service development projects or initiatives.
Supporting the detailed Transition Planning Project Management & Delivery of MDM Data Services Development opportunities
Working with other Shared Services to provide ERP knowledge to resolve business process incidents against defined SLAs and Service Targets. Deliver Change Management activities through:
Providing ERP master data and/or functional knowledge to support the MDM Data Services Site Leads in assessing and implementing planned template and service changes.
Working with other Sites & Service Partners to drive template improvements and Initiatives through Good Practice adoption whilst simultaneously understanding the impact on current processes. Deliver Service and Performance Management activities through:
Managing day to day internal customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements expectations and standards are met
Ensuring compliance and contribute towards the area of GMP and Tech Quality within the Data Management Organization.
Working with other Shared Services to provide ERP knowledge to resolve business process incidents against defined SLAs and Service Targets.
Deliver Service Development activities through:
Working with customers and MDM Data Services to consult or participate in service development projects or initiatives.
Supporting the detailed Transition Planning Project Management & Delivery of MDM Data Services Development opportunities
Support Critical QSC Initiatives
Continuously seek ways to enhance and improve on the ways of working in support operation
Qualifications and skills Essential
Basic Requirements:
Ability to speak and write English & Spanish
Experience in consumer goods manufacturing or other highly regulated environment.
Evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more ERP support activities
Data Management
User Support and Incident Management
Evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more ERP functional modules
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of use of the Service Now request and incident management system.
Good understanding of QSC objectives and its sites operations.
Evidence of experience and knowledge in delivering or using one or more of the following:
Process improvement techniques
Regulatory requirements for IT systems and their operational support.
Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions
Good communication skills both interpersonal and presentation
Able to interact with and influence individuals
Able to work effectively in a matrix organisation across geographies and cultures
Knowledge of the ERP philosophy
Strong business knowledge of home site objectives and operations
Understanding of the Haleon Quality System and validation requirements policies procedures and standards
