Job Title: Powertrain Intelligent Benchmarketing Analyst

Location: Valladolid Spain

Work Regime: Hybrid

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Powertrain Intelligent Benchmarking Analyst to work in a hybrid format (2 days per week in the office in Valladolid).

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Competitive and technical benchmarking of architectures solutions and market trends;
Analyse technical data BOMs and specifications;
Understand trade-offs between performance cost and industrialisation;
Collect and structure market and technology data;
Perform competitive and technical benchmarking;
Identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities;
Support early-stage decision-making and product strategy.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Engineering background;
Knowledge of powertrain systems particullary in hybrid systems;
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools;
Ability to work cross-functionally;
Fluency in English;
Clear and good communication skills.
