What will you do
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through assistance with Pre-Sales General Inquiries and technical issues
Escalate cases to higher support tiers when necessary
Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets
Candidate profile
High level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users
Patience and professionalism in problem-solving
Updated with current IT and tech trends
Proactive self-motivated and a team player
