Job Summary

Summit Search Groupis seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead our Clients B2B sales growth and strengthen our dealer network through strategic sales planning relationship development and integrated marketing initiatives. This key leadership role will drive performance across sales shipping warranty and parts building alignment and consistency across all dealer-facing functions while advancing our brand presence in the marketplace.

Sales & Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dealer sales plans to align with annual corporate volume and revenue targets.
  • Initiate forecasting discussions with dealers & maintain accurate shipping schedules to confirm forecast accuracy on a regular basis.
  • Lead mentor and manage the Sales & Shipping teams objectives & activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment and overall productivity.
  • Oversee our parts sales & warranty functions to ensure efficient outcomes.
  • Work with Operations team to schedule 3PL partners to be within service level expectations.
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Regularly measure performance vs KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage customer plans interactions and data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator & CEO on Marketing plans & activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Champion a performance-based customer-centric culture.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data & trends while implementing actions & decisions.
  • Leadership experience. Preferably in the Transportation Automotive RV or Powersports industries.
  • Post Secondary education in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
