Our team is responsible for the complete end-to-end safety experience for buyers from the warnings you see on the product detail pages (and how to turn them into useful actionable information) to making safer product recommendations targeted to each individual consumers needs to informing consumers of recalled products and preventing them from being delivered to their doorstep.
As the founding TPM of the Buyer Safety Experience India team youll be able to build the groundwork and influence its direction for the years to come. Our work cuts across various disciplines from delivering an awesome user experience via great UI/UX to building massively scalable distributed systems to support the most high-traffic pages on Amazon worldwide to analytical and feedback systems which give us data-driven customer insights to using GenAI to educate customers about safe shopping choices and safe product use. Key job responsibilities
As the TPM of the Buyer Safety Experience team in BLR you will work closely with a growing two-pizza team senior leaders as well as program product legal and ops stakeholders worldwide. Your role will be heavily customer-obsessed building solutions to ensure Amazon is Earths safest place to shop.
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
