Join us at Ocean Shores Public School as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children.
This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week including 8 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:
- 7:00 - 9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 3:00 - 6:00pm (Stay and Play)

About the Role Lead Your Team to Success!
- Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
- Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
Who Are We Looking For
A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
Strong communication skillsyoull be leading by example!
A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
Qualifications :
Diploma or higher-level qualifications relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards).
