This role offers an outstanding opportunity to assist in our objective of maintaining seamless operations and delivering top-notch quality.

Key Responsibilities

Join Ferguson Enterprises as a Warehouse Quality/Cycle County Associate playing a crucial role in maintaining excellence and ensuring smooth operations at our distribution center. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory and research and resolve discrepancies involving products and quantities
  • Work with Operations to update accurate information in computer systems
  • Perform audits of the receiving and put-away processes
  • Maintain inventory integrity safety and cleanliness at all times
  • Guide quality assurance processes tools and quality standards with industrial teams
  • Improve reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meet or exceed quality timing and cost standards
  • Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes
  • Assist audits and review quality data according to existing procedures. Document results in required format
  • Coordinate data for technical documentation to enable the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies crafting continuous improvement impacts
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this role you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to producing flawless results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing quality control measures
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools
  • Ability to strictly adhere to safety and compliance regulations

Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm with overtime as required

$23 (with shift differential) to start and eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
