Job Summary
AECOM Tishman has an opportunity in our Midtown offices for a Financial Accountant Intern.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Works under direct supervision completing assigned tasks in support of the controllership team.
- May also support project accounting team.
- Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
- Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting Project Management or a similar major with the intent to continue after the internship unless graduating.
- Candidates must have completed three years of study in their program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Willing to work on a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
