- Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing identifying evaluating closing)
- Collaborating with hiring managers onrole definition pipeline calibration interviewing preparedness candidate assessment and decision-making
- Creating and posting vacancies atdifferent professional resources
- Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Monitoring job market
- Taking part inPR events (job fairs conferences user groups etc.)
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Maintaining candidate database
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies
- Experience in sourcing and hiring in Europe Latin America
- Experience in negotiating with management
- Good knowledge of the IT market its players salary ranges and market tendencies
- Good skills in candidate search and selection including direct sourcing
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
- Experience in applying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
