Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mysuru for Grand Mercure & ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys sales strategies leading a high-performing sales team and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Forecast sales set targets and develop action plans to ensure team success
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the companys products or services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent after-sales support

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales management consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Detail-oriented approach to sales planning and execution
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Experience in the relevant industry is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
