Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Thinking Facilitator with extensive experience in leadership interactions for driving digital transformation and innovation. As a facilitator you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end service design projects facilitating workshops and evangelizing design thinking methodologies within WNS.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary and secondary research to unearth market & customer insights journeys personas etc
Support and facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to set a vision and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital transformation
Design collate and collaborate to put together the content and toolkit required for client workshops Miro boards ideation toolkits presentations prototypes etc
Lead end-to-end strategy projects
Participate in proposals and pitches to embed design thinking in projects and drive the utilization and revenue through DT talent in the team
Design and lead customer research and gather insights to drive innovation and digital transformation
Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Evangelise Design Thinking within the organization by designing/curating materials for internal stakeholders to learn and practice design thinking
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Design Business MBA or related field
5 years of experience in design thinking service design strategy consulting or related field
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Strong knowledge of design thinking/service design/strategic consulting methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong project management skills
Experience in leading workshops and trainings
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
