Job Summary

The Sr. Manager IT Service Management is responsible for IT Service Management across i-Health and Revo Health. The role will focus on service design problem management service engineering and experience design. This person leads a team of engineers and experts on our core technologies.

This is a full-time position working M-F during our core business hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Bloomington corporate office.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.

Essential Functions:
  • Create a measurement system for IT Department performance that matches the experience of our doctors and employees.
  • Analyze and improve the IT Monitoring process for the company.
  • Analyze and reengineer the overnight batch maintenance patching and new employee technology provisioning processes.
  • Define and lead process improvement projects for the IT Service department.
  • Ensure IT Services are provided in a consistent high-quality and timely manner to meet company needs.
  • Responsible for providing high-performing endpoint and field technology services. This includes but is not limited to laptops desktops all-in-ones monitors printers portables and telecommunications equipment.
  • Find and implement ways to improve the physician and employee desktop experience and the service desk experience.
  • Implement problem management processes to reduce recurring incidents over time.
  • Support the administration and management of the ITSM solution SysAid ensuring it is developing and being used appropriately to provide support to the company.
  • Deliver projects as needed including but not limited to upgrades refreshes customer integrations and disintegrations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA or BS Degree in Technology field required.
  • 10 years of experience in information technology.
  • 4 years of experience in IT leadership position
  • Significant experience in ITSM.
  • ITIL Certification required.

Ability to:

  • Comply with company policies procedures practices and business ethics guidelines.
  • Complete job required training.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA Stark OSHA employment laws etc.)
  • Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
  • Work in the office during business hours
  • Travel independently throughout the office (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending lifting standing stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions
  • Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Travel to other work locations if required
