Position Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness engagement and qualified pipeline for HHITs product platforms and service lines. This role oversees campaign strategy demand generation digital marketing marketing operations and broader marketing initiatives collaborating closely with sales product and executive leadership to achieve business goals. Primary Responsibilities Campaign & Demand Generation - Lead the strategy planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (inbound/outbound digital events ABM content) to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing on the development of compelling content across formats (e.g. blogs whitepapers case studies videos webinars email social media) to support campaigns and engage target audiences throughout the buyers journey.
- Oversee campaign calendar budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Define and segment target audiences leveraging data and insights for personalization and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance report on KPIs and drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization.
- Partner with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support go-to-market initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Analytics - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid search paid social SEO display retargeting and email to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize the companys digital presence including website landing pages and social media channels.
- Utilize HubSpot and other analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to track measure and report on digital marketing performance.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize digital assets and campaigns.
- Monitor digital trends emerging platforms and best practices to ensure HHIT remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Translate data and analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign and channel optimization.
Marketing Technology - Own the marketing technology stack with a strong emphasis on HubSpot (Marketing Hub CRM Sales Hub) ensuring optimal integration data quality and process efficiency.
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot managing user access workflows lead scoring automation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain scalable marketing processes including lead management campaign workflows and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
- Implement and manage lead scoring attribution models and funnel analytics in HubSpot to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to evaluate implement and optimize HubSpot and other marketing tools and platforms.
- Ensure marketing data integrity security and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Broader Marketing Management - Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing staff; foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Represent marketing in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
- Ensure all activities align with HHITs core values and data security/privacy requirements.
Required Skills & Abilities - Proven track record in B2B demand generation digital marketing campaign management marketing operations and budget management.
- Hands-on experience as a HubSpot administrator including advanced use of Marketing Hub CRM and Sales Hub.
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics SEO tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of current marketing trends best practices and marketing operations frameworks (e.g. lead lifecycle attribution MarTech integration).
Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience preferably in healthcare IT or SaaS.
- 3 years of direct HubSpot platform experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing analytics and budget management.
Other Requirements - Willingness to exemplify HHITs core values daily.
- Responsible for protecting data in accordance with HHITs policies and applicable laws.
- English fluency required.
