Job Description: Remote Service Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone email or online chat
  • Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide information about financial services
  • Assist customers with transactions account maintenance and online banking support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center role
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
