Job Summary:
Were looking for an innovative forwardthinking Inventory Manager to lead our inventory team and elevate our operations. This role is ideal for a buildersomeone who creates scalable processes improves existing systems and drives the department to the next level!
What Youll Do:
- Lead develop and inspire the inventory control team.
- Build and improve inventory processes that enhance accuracy efficiency and cost control.
- Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving storage tracking and distribution.
- Analyze data to forecast needs reduce surplus and optimize inventory levels.
- Drive continuous improvement and bring fresh strategic ideas to the department.
- Partner with procurement production logistics and product groups to support operational goals.
- Own key metrics such as inventory accuracy turnover and carrying cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
What You Bring:
- 35 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- A builder mindsetability to design new processes and drive meaningful change.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred) and Excel.
- Detailoriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
